You don’t share space with anyone unless you want to. There’s no crowds, no waiting for machines, and no distractions. You simply book a private time slot and work out in your own fully equipped space.
There’s also no long-term contract like a regular gym - everything is month-to-month.

You can reserve any of our spaces for up to 2 hours a day, choosing the exact time you want.
Sessions are booked in 55-minute blocks (e.g., 9:00–9:55 AM) to allow a smooth transition between members. You can also book a double session if needed (e.g., 9:00–10:55 AM).

Prime hours are our busiest times: M–F 6–10 AM & 5–8 PM, weekends 8 AM–12 PM.
Out of fairness to everyone, we limit the total number of prime bookings members can hold at a time. This ensures you’re never fighting for space when you book ahead.

Silver members can upgrade at any time to unlock more access.
Unused hours can roll over and be used up to 60 days after they were initially granted. -
You can cancel any session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
We may also allow one last-minute cancel — up to 30 minutes before your session — as a courtesy for when something unavoidable comes up.
If you cancel late beyond that limit, we charge a $10 late cancel fee to keep things fair and ensure space is available for others.

You can bring a friend or workout partner using a guest pass. Extra passes may be purchased for $10. Room capacity limits apply.
Outside trainers must be added during booking for an additional fee — they can’t enter as regular guests for liability reasons.

Yes, members can add an outside trainer for a small fee during the booking process.
PTs looking to use our space to train clients must sign up for one of our trainer plans.
