FAQ

  • You don’t share space with anyone unless you want to. There’s no crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no distractions. You simply book a time slot and work out in your own fully equipped space.

    There’s also no long-term contract like a regular gym. Everything is pay-as-you-go or month-to-month.

  • You can reserve any of our spaces for a 30-minute session (e.g., 9:00–9:30 AM), giving you exclusive access to a dedicated workout space. All bookings include complimentary access to our open gym zone (The Bay) before and after your session.

    If you need more time, you can also book back-to-back sessions (e.g., 9:00–10:00 AM).

  • Prime hours are our busiest times: M–F 6–10 AM & 5–8 PM, weekends 8 AM–12 PM.

    Out of fairness to everyone, we limit the total number of prime bookings members can hold at a time. This ensures you’re never fighting for space when you book ahead.

  • You can cancel any session up to 48 hours ahead.

    If you cancel late beyond that limit, we charge a $8 late cancel fee to keep things fair and ensure space is available for others.

  • You can bring a friend or workout partner using a guest pass. Extra passes may be purchased for $5. Room capacity limits apply.

    Outside trainers must be added during booking for an additional fee — they can’t enter as regular guests for liability reasons.

  • Yes, members can add an outside trainer for a small fee during the booking process.

    Trainers, coaches, and physical therapists looking to use our space must sign up for one of our trainer plans.
