  • We’re a private, reservation-based fitness space. You book a fully equipped space for yourself (and your guests) and avoid the crowds and chaos of traditional gyms.

    There’s also no long-term contract like a regular gym - everything is month-to-month.

  • You can reserve any of our spaces for a 30-minute session (e.g., 9:00–9:30 AM), giving you exclusive access to a dedicated workout space. All bookings include complimentary access to our open gym zone (The Bay) before and after your session.

    If you need more time, you can also book back-to-back sessions (e.g., 9:00–10:00 AM).

  • We offer 2 types of fully equipped rooms — each tailored for different workout needs. Explore the equipment and layout options here.

  • Yes! You can bring a friend, workout partner, or client with you to train. There may be a small additional fee depending on your plan and the type of session.

  • Whether you're just starting out or deadlifting 300 lbs, Alcove Fitness gives you the space to focus. It’s ideal for anyone who values privacy and control with their training.

  • We’re opening in NW Washington, D.C. near Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, or U Street. Join the waitlist to be the first to know when we launch.

  • We are planning a soft launch in Summer 2025. Get the on waitlist for early access before we open to the public.

  • Yes.

    – If you're a member: you can add an outside trainer for a per-session fee during the booking process.

    – If you're a trainer: you can sign up for one of our trainer plans and bring your own clients.
