FAQ

  • You don’t share space with anyone unless you want to — no crowds, no waiting for machines, no distractions. Just a clean, private studio where you can focus fully on your clients.

    Unlike most gyms, there are no long-term contracts. Everything is month-to-month, with total flexibility to adjust your schedule as your client base grows.

  • Sessions are booked in 55-minute blocks (e.g., 9:00–9:55 AM) to allow a smooth transition between trainers. You can also book longer blocks (e.g., 9:00–11:55 AM) for back-to-back sessions, or multiple lanes at the same time for larger groups.

  • Prime hours are our busiest times: M–F 6–10 AM & 5–8 PM, weekends 8 AM–12 PM.

    To keep access fair for all trainers, we cap how many prime hours each plan includes. This ensures you’re never fighting for space when you book ahead.

  • Trainer plans give you far more booking flexibility and better scheduling tools — ideal for growing your client base.

    Please note: training clients is not permitted under member plans, which are for personal use only.

  • Need more time? You can buy extra hours as needed for $25/hr.

    Unused hours roll over and can be used up to 60 days after they were initially granted.

  • You can cancel any booking for free up to 48 hours ahead.

    We also allow a limited number of last-minute cancels — up to 30 minutes before your session — depending on your plan.

    If you cancel late beyond that limit, we charge a $10 late cancel fee to keep things fair and ensure space is available for others.

  • Yes - your trainer plan includes specific access for your own workouts. Note that training clients during those times in strictly prohibited.

  • If your client is already a member here, then they can add an outside trainer for a per-session fee. However, it's often more affordable (and gives you more booking flexibility) if you sign up for a trainer plan and bring them as a client instead.
